Lead Wastewater Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our wastewater practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and business acumen to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for wastewater components, including design and permitting of distribution systems, treatment facilities, pump stations, and master plans.
  • Collaborate with office leadership to develop growth strategies and ensure staff utilization.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Drive business development activities by developing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Integrate multi-disciplinary services into all aspects of land development projects.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a valid Professional Engineer license, and at least 10 years of related civil engineering experience with a focus on wastewater distribution systems, pump station design, and wastewater treatment plant design.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
