  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.">
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.">
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.">
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR programs.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights-driven recommendations.">
  • Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.">
  • English language proficiency is required.">
