Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to various business units, focusing on employee experience and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies and practices.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of generalist experience in Human Resources subsystems.
  • Experience supporting large operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc).
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced to fluent English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level (V-lookup and pivot tables).
