Serves as a key point of contact for HR-related matters, providing support to employees, managers, and HR teams.
Cultivates a positive employee experience by coordinating events and activities that foster a seamless and efficient end-to-end HR process.
Key Responsibilities- Acts as a liaison between Field HR and the organization, proactively raising concerns when necessary.
- Manages ongoing tasks within their domain, including budget allocation and prioritization when required.
- Develops and implements HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
- Prepares and presents various reports to support business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintains accurate data across multiple HR systems and generates reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior generalist experience in HR functions, including benefits, payroll, personnel management, legislation, work safety, occupational medicine, employee care, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Familiarity with collective agreements and union relations.
- Knowledge of external and internal HR audits.
Collaborate with experienced HR professionals to gain insights into various HR facets.
Become proficient in managing multiple priorities and responsibilities.
