Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

This professional will be in charge of end-to-end quotation to cash processes for Brazil Channels, which includes activities such as:

  • Quote Support (Lead and Bid management);
  • Order Support (FOP, order processing, billing, dispute management, credit adjustments);
  • Support to Value Added Distributors and clients on matters related to these topics.

You will have contact with several areas inside the organization, including Channels, Risk Management & Controls, Sales, Pricing, IGF, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and other areas, to guarantee completeness in the process. People in this role are responsible for maintaining client relationships by supporting fulfillment processes, taking ownership of problems, and disputes resolution, promoting client satisfaction and their productivity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Prior experience in:

  • The quotation to cash environment;
  • Brazil Channels Operations and tools;
  • Agile methodology;
  • English Intermediate.
