Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices in a timely manner.
  • He/she will also be expected to receive and distribute invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • In addition, the Senior Financial Operations Specialist will reconcile large amounts received or owed by comparing invoices to POs or other records.
  • Other key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and collecting missing transportation documents from carriers.
  • As part of this role, the individual will contribute ideas for process improvement based on identified themes and an understanding of the big picture.
  • He/she will also develop professional relationships with internal and external partners, maintain open lines of communication, and build rapport by providing timely and professional service.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have solid experience using accounting principles and be fluent in English (written and verbal).

This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work well within a deadline-driven environment, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and work effectively in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
