Technical Support Professional

The role of the Technical Support Professional is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective support for cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution or escalation, utilizing technical expertise to identify and prioritize critical issues.
  • Maintain high-quality responses, delivered promptly, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with senior technical teams to document bugs and develop knowledge base articles.
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Windows environment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing low-level operating systems and network issues.
  • Possess a passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Exhibit excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Professional fluency in English language.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting kernel-level security solutions.
  • Experience working with hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of security applications such as AV, VPN, Firewall, proxy.
  • Linux troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with Splunk.
  • Experience with troubleshooting Windows and Mac.
