We are seeking a talented professional to join our Americas Systems Engineering team. As a Field Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our growing territory in Brazil. You will work closely with Account Managers to establish Nutanix as a leader in the enterprise and drive sales growth.
Your responsibilities will include articulating the business outcomes and benefits of Nutanix solutions, understanding customer business drivers, and utilizing your technical expertise to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
You will also provide consultative leadership in requirements discovery, solution development, and solution positioning with a business outcomes approach. Additionally, you will create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions to ensure partners and customers fully understand the benefits of our solutions.
If you have 3-5 years of sales engineering experience in a high-tech sales environment and possess a strong understanding of sales and product solution knowledge, including application virtualization, server virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud, we encourage you to apply.
As a Field Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact in the industry. We value teamwork, drive, and a strong ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams.
About the Team
We are a customer-focused group of over 300 technical sales professionals providing pre-sales consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on assistance to customers and channel partners. Our team successfully collaborates with sales teams to recommend and design effective customer solutions using Nutanix offerings.
Your Role
- Articulate the business outcomes and benefits of Nutanix solutions for customers.
- Understand customer business drivers and map them to Nutanix solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise, sales ability, and exceptional customer focus to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
- Provide consultative leadership in requirements discovery, solution development, and solution positioning with a business outcomes approach.
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions.
- Play an active role in consulting with prospective users and conducting product capability assessments and validations.
- Install, support, and maintain Nutanix solutions during pre-sales proof of concept deployments.
- Foster long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations.
