About the Role

We're seeking an experienced technical professional with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional technical support to our clients via calls, chats, and emails. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving support inquiries, and maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Triage technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintain updated records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs
  • Support on-site activities for technicians, customers, and subcontractors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
  • 1-2 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in working with logs, including interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging log data for troubleshooting
  • Strong familiarity with CRMs and ticketing/support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Solid understanding of how hardware and software platforms interact
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail

  • UAV/UAS systems
  • Network-related architecture and cloud-based systems
  • Remote hardware debugging
  • Firewalls and port configuration
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
