About the Role

We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive global expansion and lead our Car Subscription business unit towards unprecedented growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strategic partnerships across channels to develop Car Subscription's business opportunities;
  • Drive growth through global and local team collaboration, implementing go-to-market strategies for products and sales;
  • Co-develop and execute localized strategies to enhance the business unit;
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders to improve our offer;
  • Define customer experience strategies alongside Customer Service;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across teams and geographies;
  • Develop products strategy and roadmap: own Car Subscription's portfolio strategy, including upcoming feature improvements;
  • Stay up-to-date with market best practices, latest technologies, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated track record in Business Development, particularly in e-commerce;
  • In-depth understanding of consumer internet technologies and travel industry expertise;
  • Proven success defining and launching excellent products;
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
