About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Share People Hub. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support across the company.
  • Troubleshoot systems and applications problems.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain IT service management processes and procedures.
  • Manage incidents and communicate with stakeholders during incidents.
  • Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role in IT.
  • Experience in computer operations and incident management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English.
