**About the Role**

SAP's global internship program, SAP Internship Experience Project, offers university students the opportunity to find purpose in their careers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Analyze and resolve customer reported issues using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters
- Perform root cause analysis of reported issues
- Create knowledge documentation, perform knowledge sharing, and moderate forums
- Collaborate with other SAP Ariba Support Teams
- Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance
- Report errors to Development
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries

**Requirements**

- Currently enrolled at university (preferentially an IT-related course)
- Advanced English skills
- Developing customer centricity behavior
