Job Description

The role of an SAP iXp Intern involves supporting customers with technical issues related to SAP software. As a member of the Customer Interaction Center team, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating customer issues from a business perspective and providing timely solutions
  • Managing customer expectations and ensuring that critical cases are resolved effectively
  • Assisting customers with software download, user ID, and license key-related queries
  • Engaging stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of customer cases

In addition to your technical skills, you will also have opportunities to develop your communication and problem-solving skills through regular interactions with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in Information Systems, IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of business processes is highly beneficial
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
  • Flexible approach to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly manner

You should also be fluent in English and have intermediate Spanish skills or better (optional).
