About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR services to a dedicated client group.
- Collaborate with line managers and employees to provide effective human capital solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience in HR, including practice in line management/business consulting, with a relevant HR professional qualification and sound knowledge of HR processes and local policies. Talent Acquisition encompasses managing recruiting activities for mid-level profiles, collaborating with the business, and supporting onboarding activities for senior-level hires.
Key Accountabilities:- Support reorganizations, restructurings, outsourcings, and international mobility.
- Advise on non-standard corporate band changes and maintain good local employment law knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits includes supporting leaders on Annual Compensation Plan cycles, consulting on complex remuneration issues, and managing external vendors for benefits and pensions. Learning/ Development and Talent Management involves identifying development needs, delivering in-class training programs, moderating dialogue circles, and organizing group meetings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
