We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documentation Control Specialist.
Job DescriptionAs a Documentation Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in the operation of our document control system, ensuring that all documentation is accurately processed and distributed to various stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate document management processes;
- Control document flow, ensuring timely receipt, processing, and distribution of documents;
- Develop and maintain accurate records of document revisions and changes;
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery of documents;
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and proficiency in document management systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work;
