We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance for internal systems, tools, and equipment.
This role involves supporting remote teams across multiple countries, ensuring fast response and resolution of technical issues related to networks, systems, and devices.
The successful candidate will have experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of digital security basics and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for internal systems, tools, and equipment.
- Support remote teams across multiple countries.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document technical issues related to networks, systems, and devices.
- Based in Brazil.
- Studying or graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience in IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
- Experience supporting remote teams and distributed operations.
- Solid knowledge of networks, hardware maintenance, digital security basics, and productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills, organization, autonomy, and time management.
- English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, PowerShell, Linux, or cloud services.
- Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Google Workspace, or similar.
