The Helpdesk Technician I role is a vital position within our organization, providing technical support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective helpdesk services to ensure resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with DELL support and sales teams to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to security protocols while managing user accounts through Active Directory.
  • Configure and maintain notebooks, including formatting, installation, and cloning of hard drives.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, providing training for new employees and ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Manage asset control, tracking inventory levels and ensuring proper disposal of outdated or obsolete equipment.
  • Oversee software license management, ensuring compatibility and security.
  • Maintain the local office network, configuring switches, routers, and access points as needed.

This role requires a strong understanding of personal computing hardware and software, as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft O365, Active Directory, VMWare, and MS Hypervisor. Proficiency in English is desired.
