Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Krayr Solutions. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing our Business Development portfolio, interacting with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Business Development portfolio independently with current customers and identify potential new clients.

Interact with international and domestic customers for pricing and product development related matters.

Increase sales from new product development and improve the share of business from regular customers.

Establish annual sales plans for assigned customer groups and product categories.

Achieve annual business targets set with the Business Development Head.

Coordinate and drive new product development activities.

Work with different costing models to arrive at pricing and for contract agreements.

Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers for individual RFQs.

Manage business relationships with customers and increase business share as per established targets and business plans.

Find potential customers to explore market share for different ranges of products and meet company growth requirements.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
