**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced and driven professional to support our Uber sales team as a Business Development Representative. This high-impact position will provide sales support to Account Executives through the development of qualified leads that result in achieving business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline in an assigned vertical or territory and partner with assigned Account Executives.
- Research and develop client accounts to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet assigned Key Performance Metrics, including 100 outreaches per day and at least 20 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.

**What You'll Need**

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- A history of consistently exceeding critical metrics and activity targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire vital information from clients while ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
- To be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent organization, project management, time-management skills, and ability to take initiative
