**Business Development Ambassador**

At Arena, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Silicon Valley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, identifying prospect's needs, and suggesting appropriate products/services.
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Executives to set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our team. You will also participate in product feedback sessions and be capable of short product demos. If you have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, hands-on experience with multiple outbound sales prospecting techniques, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects and exercises that are beyond the scope of most SDR and sales positions. These can include strategy sessions, analyzing past performance, and developing experiments to test. You will also be part of a global team that remotely works and occasionally visits our HQ in San Francisco, California.
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Qualifying leads from self-service sign-ups
Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails (Outbound)
Presenting our company to potential prospects
Iterating and experimenting with our messaging and pitch
Identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives, through an Outbound playbook
Using discovery meetings to qualify prospects
Connecting current customer use cases to potential prospects' use cases
Being capable of short product demos
Participating in product feedback sessions
