Engineering Support Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Support Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and driving support resolution with engineering teams, serving as a point of escalation for support issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to identify and implement solutions to improve runtime and the Boltweb support platform.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in support and contributing to the improvement of service elasticity, resiliency, and recovery times.
  • Improving Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Delivery Objectives such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates.
  • Creating documentation and code snippets to share with engineering teams.
