This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management support staff, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing the planning, development, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain milestone and management reports to track project progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project timelines and objectives
  • Provide bi-lingual communication support (English and Spanish) to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management support within planning, design, and construction
  • Proven ability to assist in project coordination, budget preparation, and cost tracking
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial reporting, and milestone tracking
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication
