Job Role:

An Entry Level Project Coordinator position is available for a motivated and organized individual to support our team.

  • Attend regular meetings with the Manufacturing Local team to discuss ongoing projects and share knowledge.
  • Utilize project management skills to document client information, create folders and add relevant documents.
  • Manage project planning sheets to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of translations for equipment manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage invoicing processes to optimize financial performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide clear instructions on accessing shared document folders.
  • Prepare payment requests for services in the SAP system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Administration, with a strong academic record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to work standard business hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP software and systems.
  • Intermediate English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
