Fiscal Assistant Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining a smooth cash flow.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital, to facilitate efficient access and retrieval.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve financial issues and implement new procedures, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in accounting software and systems.
