We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our fulfillment operations in Danfoss Climate Solutions and Danfoss Drives Segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the overall direction and strategy for Fulfillment processes in Danfoss Climate Solutions and Danfoss Drives Segment.
- Collaborate closely with factory planning colleagues to ensure high availability within set cost-to-serve frames.
- Host regular performance meetings with sales, Customer Service Center, and Global Services Logistics teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional Sales and Customer Service Center teams.
- Oversee order management processes and support their development in close collaboration with the Customer Service Center team.
- 5 years of senior management experience with a deep understanding of Supply Chain and a master's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Cross-cultural proficiency.
- Effective leadership and people management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
