We are seeking a skilled Product Operations Strategist to join our product operations team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, product management, or business operations at an internet company or large multinational corporation.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and challenges through market research, user studies, metric system development, and user feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive closed-loop improvements between product and business teams to enhance user experience.
  • Facilitate effective cross-border communication and collaboration, building long-term trusted relationships.
  • Establish efficient workflows and coordination mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, product management, or business operations at an internet company or large multinational corporation.
  • Strong cross-functional/cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken); fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
