Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Wind Blade Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and defining priorities and sequencing for wind blades installed in projects in operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Conduct training for technicians and field guidance for in-house team and subcontractors.
  • Develop operational procedures for blade repair.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure that Field Service activities comply with applicable technical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with blades, particularly emphasis on experience in manufacturing/repair processes.
  • Knowledge of blades inspection and repair processes.
  • Analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree in quantitative area (Engineering as a differential).
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, data manipulation, and information organization.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of a rapidly developing business.
