Enterprise System Administration Specialist

Our team is seeking a dedicated and organized professional to fill the role of System Administrator I. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that endpoints meet company standards regarding security, usability, and inventory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor ticketing queues and escalate tickets as required for prompt resolution.
- Support the endpoint solutions environment to ensure seamless functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, anticipate strategic solutions, and develop them accordingly.
- Participate in the technical implementation of projects and initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Provide Tier I support for all endpoint components to ensure optimal performance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience
- VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization 2024 [v2] (VCTA-DCV 2024), Comptia A+, Net+, or Cloud+ are highly desired
