Job Responsibilities:

Leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional workplace experiences for our employees upon their return to the office. This includes providing support for employee inquiries regarding the use of offices during new phases and managing office spaces.

You will be responsible for organizing events, including space reservations, layout organization, guest identification and orientation, infrastructure demand checks, and related tasks.

Aid in integrating new technologies into the office environment and learn relevant systems to assist and orient new colleagues.

Familiarize yourself with conference room spaces and utilize technology throughout the building and designated area.

Support data collection, sorting, and delivery pertaining to the workplace.

Stay informed about projects within your portfolio that may impact operational delivery, contracts, or client risk.

Built relationships with employees, clients, and vendors to foster significant connections.

Proactively identify compliance issues and resolve or escalate as necessary.

Evaluate employee feedback, concerns, and suggestions, ensuring they are handled appropriately.

Collect and share client voice data (quantitative and qualitative) to capture service needs. Share information with leadership and multifunctional teams.

Understand operational spaces to guarantee a fantastic service journey for clients at your location.

Requirements:

Completed degree in Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields.

Experience with facilities and/or hotel management processes.

Advanced English proficiency.
