We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician I to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our industry-leading technology and make a real impact on our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure maximum equipment availability and efficiency. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Execute corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance on equipment, systems, and installations to maximize their availability and performance;
- Contribute to the development of new practices and tools to support your work;
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and create innovative solutions.
Potentially relevant experience includes:
- Techncial Mechanical background;
- Able to interpret technical drawings;
- Strong knowledge in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
- Previous experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, centrifugal pump, positive displacement pump, fan, air compressor, small solder repair, pneumatics transport system, etc.;
- Experience in Process Productive Industries;
- SAP PM module knowledge will be considered a plus;
- Intermediate level knowledge in Office Suite;
- Report creation;
- Participate in failure analysis studies (3C);
- Propose and execute an action plan and improvement (PDCA);
- Availability to work in shifts with a standby system.
