We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:- Track Packages and KPIs: Monitor packages and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery and efficient service.
- Serve as Direct Contact: Provide direct assistance to key accounts, responding promptly to customer requests and demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
- Communicate Corporate Guidelines: Inform customers about corporate policies and procedures related to service concerns, analyzing trends affecting customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements.
- Notify Customers of Delays or Issues: Immediately notify key accounts of shipment delays or issues, maintaining communication until resolution is achieved.
- Handle Customer Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, assume responsibility, and follow up with customers seeking assistance from senior management.
- Determine Solutions: Collaborate with other departments to determine and implement solutions to customer problems within authorized limits.
- Guide Sales and Operations: Assist in guiding sales and operations teams on geopolitical or operational impacts on service.
- Assist with Shipment Paperwork: Support customers with shipment paperwork and communicate customs documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Independent Decision Making: Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Software: Experience with customer service software and systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze trends and suggest improvements.
