**Key Account Specialist**
**Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil**
Key Account Specialist main activity includes overseeing client accounts, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies, coordinating trade marketing activities with high focus on sell out.
Also Key Account Specialist is responsible for performing administrative duties, processing and resolving complaints.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum business management bachelor degree
- 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent professional and soft skills
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Knowledge of trade marketing activities
- Experience in the Beauty Industry is a recommended
- Excellent in english in writing and speaking,
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate the creation and production of inventory and online assets, and promotional trading
- Propose, plan and provide solutions for various Trade Marketing activities that drive local markets
- Collaborate with Sourcing in obtaining optimal offers and solutions for production and final verification of manufactured materials and brand
- Create orders with specification and quantity for POS and sales materials, and checking orders made by members of local market teams
- Collaborate with Logistics to ensure that transportation and other arrangements are completed and optimal solutions are provided
- Collaborate with warehouse operators to ensure ordering is correct
- Create Planogram
- Manage online retailer business to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Build and maintain relationships with our retail partners
- Define and execute a yearly marketing plan for our retail e-commerce channels
- Develop and maintain marketing calendar and launch calendar for each retailer site
- Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for e-tailers
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging on retail digital channels
Maintain standards of product merchandising online / copy, imagery, usage
- Make sure the performance is tracked: measuring and reporting ROI
- Monitor sales results of all channels
- All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
