We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our expansion in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute a Strategic Growth Plan: Identify opportunities to expand our client base in Brazil through tailored research, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Nurture Key Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with law firms, family offices, wealth managers, and international advisors to drive growth and revenue.
- Cultivate Existing Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while re-engaging former ones to ensure long-term success.
- Represent the Firm: Position the firm as a trusted partner at key meetings and events in Brazil, enhancing its brand presence in the market.
- Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Align marketing and outreach efforts with global business development goals to maximize results.
- Cross-Sell Services: Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to cross-sell services and capitalize on client opportunities.
- Leverage Digital Tools: Utilize digital tools and analytics to manage pipelines, track sales activity, and generate insights that enhance efficiency and client engagement.
