The Opportunity

">Job Summary

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations, championing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance. Your team will rely on your expertise to drive process improvements and maintain accuracy and consistency.

  • Lead and supervise a team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance, random counts, and quality metrics to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct shift planning, forecasting, and root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to analyze datasets and manage multiple tasks effectively. They will be a resilient problem solver with experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification;
  • Strong analytical abilities, including mathematical and data analysis skills, and experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Able to swiftly pick up new software systems and data analysis tools.
Requirements

Successful candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
