We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Archivist. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting files, searching for specific documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Transport files to various locations, using carts or manually, as needed.
- Search for and locate specific documents, using the SKP system.
- Return files to their original location after completion of tasks.
- Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form) according to company procedures.
- Ensure all files and materials are preserved in their original condition.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and navigate physical storage areas.
