Regulatory Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager to lead our regulatory documentation team. As a key member of our Fragrance & Beauty Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of documentation generation, serving both internal and external clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Succeed in a complex governance environment with relentless creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and run KPI reports to monitor team workload and ensure business continuity.
  • Identify enhancements of existing solutions to support critical business needs.
  • Work closely with the E-Doc Masters team to design, develop, and maintain electronic regulatory documentation templates.
  • Support global initiatives related to Givaudan's Digital Transformation journey.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a scientific or technical field, preferably in Data Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, Regulatory or Toxicology.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a documentation management role, preferably within Regulatory Affairs or Product Safety functions in the FMCG industry.
  • People management experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced experience of Microsoft Excel VBA and other software programmes.
  • A 'get things done' mindset with the ability to interact at multiple levels.
