Financial Strategist
We're seeking a skilled financial strategist to join our team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth by managing the company's financial health.
About the Role:
- Leverage your analytical expertise to lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and budgeting efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with organizational objectives, driving business success through effective communication and influence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related fields, with a strong focus on financial modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with expertise in financial statement analysis, accounting principles, and key financial metrics.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a track record of delivering clear, data-driven presentations to stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and influencing across different departments.
- Fluent English skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
