Job Description

As a Finance Business Partner, your primary function will be to collaborate closely with individual budget owners to develop, analyze, and own their financials. This includes ensuring forecast accuracy and meeting business objectives.

You will elaborate on the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecasts for S&T Brazil. This involves working with budget owners to develop their bottom-up Forecast/AOP and aligning the overall roll-up with LATAM S&T Finance Lead/team.

Key responsibilities include preparing AOP/Closing decks for S&T monthly and annual reviews with LATAM/LOCAL finance and S&T Team. You will provide support to secure one set of numbers within Hyperion and SAP, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of monthly actuals vs. forecast/plan.

You will also report S&T budget with accuracy and on time, anticipating Risks and Opportunities to IT and LatAm finance in order to mitigate P&L impacts. Furthermore, you will work with accounting financial team to manage the close process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial information in the systems.
