Job Title: Strategic Financial Advisor

Job Description:
  • As a key member of the Manager, Finance Operations leadership team, this role will deliver highly effective business partnerships to regional operations teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the Operations Finance Leadership team, acting as a first point of escalation on problem-solving and project leadership.
  • Perform various Plant Finance related tasks and financial analyses, including regional / central reporting and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and YTD financial KPI performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted business partner to operation teams to support decision making and driving financial value through EVA performance improvement.
  • Oversee and manage regional level reporting / consolidation of monthly, quarterly and YTD financial related KPI performance.
  • Communicate results of month end financial close to stakeholders.
  • Develop and refresh annual operating plans (AOP).
  • Manage local capital budgets, project control and reporting.
  • Support finance-led manufacturing plant-based initiatives to drive EVA performance.
  • Support non-finance teams' education to build strong finance and business acumen.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Systems literate with strong Excel capability.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and adapt finance techniques.
  • Working knowledge of finance, forecasting principles and general business practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of applications, ERP systems and Hyperion Essbase preferred.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high degree of professionalism and integrity is essential for success in this position.
