Role Overview

In the capacity of a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with manufacturers, resellers, and end clients. Your role will involve supporting the management of global initiatives and actively pursuing leads and business opportunities within the Agricultural and Food sectors, with the goal of meeting your volume and profitability objectives. You will engage in the planning and oversight of a portfolio of manufacturers, proposing and executing enhancements in the sales process and relationship management. Participation in trade shows and events will also be integral to your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement vendor strategies aligned with the Business Unit's objectives.
- Establish KPIs for visit frequency, contacts, and actions aimed at capturing and converting new business opportunities.
- Identify potential business opportunities, promote DLL's tools, and market our offerings.
- Actively engage with leads generated through internal tools and other interaction opportunities with vendors and representatives (visits, events, trade shows, etc.).
- Ensure partner satisfaction, as reflected by the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Represent the company at events organized by resellers and manufacturers.
- Visit and attend to vendors and corporate clients.
- Participate in global meetings with manufacturers and program managers.
- Engage in and represent the company at commercial events and training sessions.
- Possess knowledge of the agricultural and food sectors, financial markets, BNDES products, and CDC.
- Exhibit teamwork, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
- Travel as required.
