Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing daily forecasts to determine productivity requirements and allocating resources accordingly.
  • Collaborating with other managers to balance labor, ensuring efficient shift operations and meeting performance goals.
  • Supporting safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives using Lean tools and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area requirements, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Experience in employee and performance management.
Desirable Skills
  • Performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
