We are seeking a seasoned Risk and Audit professional to join our dynamic team. As a Business Risk and Audit Expert, you will be responsible for facilitating governance standards, providing advice on internal control improvements, conducting audits, special investigations, and assignments worldwide.

You will participate in risk assessments and audit planning, researching relevant business objectives, policies, and regulations. Your expertise will help evaluate and analyze the design and operating effectiveness of controls in mitigating identified risks.

Key responsibilities include participating in audit interviews, preparing audit workpapers and reporting, assisting in drafting audit findings and recommendations for management, and supporting the follow-up implementation of corrective actions by management.

You will also act as a resource for colleagues with less expertise, providing guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong independent mindset, experience in international stakeholder management and change, innovative thinking, and a proven track record in control design and implementation, risk-based auditing, and reporting.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a master's degree in business or economics are required. A strong background in risk and audit methodologies, tools, and internal control theories is essential.

Additionally, you should have experience with data-driven analysis, performing integrated audits, and working with changing teams.
