We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Account Manager to join our team at Hirebridge. Key Responsibilities- Build and Develop Strategic Alliances: Establish and maintain strong relationships with global system integrators, ISVs, and other strategic partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth through our partner channel, including identifying new business opportunities and developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead Partner Management: Collaborate with our partner team to develop and execute a partner management strategy, including developing and implementing partner business plans, providing sales enablement and training, and driving partner adoption of our solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including developing sales collateral, executing marketing campaigns, and providing product feedback.
- Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our partner channel, including revenue growth, partner adoption, and sales performance.
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in alliance sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partner ecosystems.
- Strategic Alliance Sales Experience: Experience building and developing strategic alliances with global system integrators, ISVs, and other strategic partners.
- Business Development and Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Partner Management Experience: Experience managing partner relationships, including developing and executing partner business plans, providing sales enablement and training, and driving partner adoption of solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
