Job Title: Key Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to commercialize life science products, leveraging your expertise in the market and our portfolio of products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities, mapping key decision-makers and influencers, and developing customized account plans to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales, ensuring customer happiness and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Solid experience in sales and business development in the life sciences market, particularly in the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with researchers, technicians, and managers at our clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results and customer orientation.

Education:
- Completed undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedicine, or related fields.
- English language proficiency desirable but not required.
