Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our International Product Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining language-specific requirements for new features and improving the day-to-day experience of Amazon Music customers.


About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to make music more accessible to our customers. You will work closely with global QA to understand and verify local CX, and communicate findings in a precise and solution-oriented manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Derive insights from customer feedback, usage data, and external research to provide input to product managers through ad-hoc analyses or weekly/monthly CX reporting.
  • Issue Management: Manage numerous ad hoc requests concurrently, prioritize and resolve internal and external customer experience gaps, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Feature Launch Support: Work closely with global QA to understand and verify local CX, and communicate findings in a precise and solution-oriented manner.
  • Editorial Support: Collaborate with editorial, content programming, and label relations to enable great product CX for artist and marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders including local and global product managers, customer service, quality assurance engineers, marketing, content programming, and artist/label relations.
  • Process Management: Partner with other Program Managers and team members to develop protocols/processes for existing and future mechanisms, evaluate data collection tools and processes, and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high-quality, and scalable.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required, as well as 5+ years of experience in program management or a related field.
