We are looking for a skilled Project Lead to drive the success of complex and high-value projects. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, influential communication, and advanced project management skills, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and an innovative mindset.

About the Role:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional client engagement and advocacy.
  • Oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the refinement of project delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Identify and address potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance on projects to ensure alignment with client objectives and internal goals.
  • Support business development and participate in contract negotiation and sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to position the company as a leader and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including mentoring team members and advancing organizational capabilities.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience with various contract types and financial impacts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
