Senior Packaging Innovation Manager

This position is responsible for leading global and regional initiatives in new product introductions, value creation, product stewardship, business continuity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Harmonize and simplify packaging portfolios across regions to drive global value, scale, agility, and resiliency.
- Support cross-functional teams to strategize and execute consumer-centric value realization opportunities, meeting annual targets.
- Lead initiatives with Supply Chain to identify efficiencies and implement innovative packaging solutions that improve cost efficiency, agility, and product quality.
- Apply project management approaches and digital predictive assessments to support key initiatives and influence project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop strategic technical direction aligned with business strategy to implement right-first-time action plans.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, post-graduate studies or certification in Packaging Sciences/Engineering required. 5+ years of experience with BS or equivalent, technical understanding of packaging component manufacturing processes, experience in large cosmetic consumer goods, and hands-on ability to acquire and process highly technical data.
