Marketing Budget and Strategy Expert

The Marketing Budget and Strategy Expert will play a pivotal role in planning, tracking, and analyzing marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This senior position requires an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in finance/controlling, preferably in marketing/brand controlling.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling;
  • Experience in marketing/brand controlling is highly valued;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Analytical mindset and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex organizational environment;
  • SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency; Power BI knowledge is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals;
  2. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement;
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth;
  4. Provide financial support for brand strategies, innovations, launches, and promo actions;
  5. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements;
  6. Improve controlling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks, focusing on automation and harmonization;
