The Salesforce Partner Ecosystem

We're searching for a Partner Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and direction for establishing and overseeing a comprehensive marketing integrated programme in the region, dedicated to supporting our consulting partners in expanding their Salesforce practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a selected group of consulting partners and/or agencies to help them develop and execute quarterly partner-led demand generation activities to drive growth in revenue from our solutions in Latin America.
  • Act as a marketing contact for these partners, including regular participation in team calls, in-person/virtual meetings, and planning sessions.
  • Be responsible for educating partners in the region on our marketing tools, benefits, and resources available to them.
  • Raise purchase orders for co-marketing activities and be responsible for the follow-up process.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of relevant marketing KPIs.
  • Drive alignment across different marketing teams to advocate for and bring access to consulting partners for inclusion in our marketing programs.
  • Be a member of the A&C Latin America extended team, aligning the partner marketing motions to the regional business strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on B2B technology campaigns, product, and/or partner marketing.
  • Experience with building campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing through ambiguity and driving results.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
  • Highly meticulous with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing concepts and standard methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and the ability to work with multiple teams across the organization to ensure extraordinary execution.
  • Experience working with creative teams, ad agencies, and other vendors.
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
