The Role
  • Manage data to ensure client satisfaction and drive customer service excellence.
  • Built strong relationships with internal teams to develop growth strategies and meet client goals.
  • Develop performance reports to optimize products and services.
  • Identify improvements, industry trends, market activity, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage risk for each customer group and drive retention throughout their lifecycle.
  • Prioritize product updates that reflect customer expectations and report back to key stakeholders.
  • Bring insights from customers to internal teams including Sales, Product, Help Desk, Operations, and Finance.
  • Efficiently prioritize customer requests (tickets) by identifying root causes and understanding use cases.
  • Continuously improve new and existing customer success processes and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
  • Ability to analyze data, monitor reports, and leverage results.
  • Previous experience with reporting and compiling data related to customer management.
  • Experience working with Enterprise clients, preferably in technology and SaaS companies.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) to explain complex matters to non-technical end-users.
  • A true team player in a collaborative environment that values diversity.
